Ask an AI for a website and you get one in about a minute. It looks fine. It says nothing about your business. This is the thing that fixes that. Not a better prompt. An order to do things in.
Version 1.0.0. No sign up, no email, no paid version with the good parts in it.
The AI is not the problem. Nobody told it what your business is. It does not know who buys from you. It does not know what happens when someone calls you. It does not know what you do that the other guys do not.
So it made all of that up. It had to. You read the result and think: this is not my business.
Ten stages fix that. Each one asks you for the thing the next one needs. Each one checks the last one's work before it builds on top. Nothing gets decided twice. Nothing gets made up.
Before you download anything, go and look at a site this thing built. It is a made up heating company in Boise. Every word and every page came out of running the ten stages. Nothing on it was written by hand afterwards to make it look better.

It is not a showpiece. It is what you get when you answer the questions honestly and do not skip anything, which is the point.
Read stage-0-first-render/QUESTIONS.md and run stage 0 with me. Ask me the questions one at a time, wait for my answer, and do not skip ahead.New to all of this? The folder has a setup page that assumes you have never opened a terminal. It walks you through it.
The order is the whole trick. Skip a stage and the next one has a hole where its input should be. The AI will fill that hole with something that sounds right. That is the one thing you do not want.
| Stage | Name | What it makes |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | First render | A rough site from your answers, in about 15 minutes |
| 1 | Your answers | The one file every other stage reads |
| 2 | North Star | Your business, written down, in your words |
| 3 | Page rules | The rule for each kind of page you are building |
| 4 | Page plan | Every page and every section, before a word is written |
| 5 | Copy | The words |
| 6 | Design | Two looks, both real, both clickable |
| 7 | Phone | The same site, on a phone |
| 8 | Fixes | You read it. It changes. Until you say it is done |
| 9 | Search and AI | The parts that help Google and AI read your site |
| 10 | Go live | Your site, on your own domain |
Stage 0 gets a rough site on screen first. The ten stages after it improve something that already exists, which is a much easier job than staring at a blank page.
A prompt is one shot. You ask, it answers, and whatever it did not know it guessed. You can write a better prompt and it will guess better. It is still guessing.
An order works differently, because every stage leaves something behind in writing that the next stage is made to read. Four things come out of that.
That last one is most of the reason this exists. A website that says something untrue about your business is worse than no website at all, and it is the exact mistake an AI makes without ever noticing it made one.
Being straight about this up front.
All of that is written down here, and again in the change log inside the folder, so you hear it from us rather than find it on your own at eleven at night.
SwarmSystem. We help local service businesses get found on Google, Maps, and AI assistants. This is the real system we run client sites through. Not a cut down version of something better. The same stages, the same checks, the same order.
We give it away because the order things go in is not the secret. Doing it, week after week, for a business that has a day job, is the hard part. If you want to do it yourself, everything you need is in that folder, and we hope you build something good.
It is MIT licensed. Use it, change it, sell what you build with it. Nothing to ask, nothing to pay. We keep updating it, so come back for the newer version.
