WHAT THIS MEANS IN PLAIN ENGLISH

The system is yours. Use it for your own business, use it for your clients, change
it, sell what you build with it. You do not owe us anything and you do not have to
ask.

The one condition is that if you hand the system itself on to somebody else, this
license file travels with it.

The site you build is yours completely. It carries no license from us at all.

WHAT THIS DOES NOT COVER

Anything you install on top of this. The starter site uses Next.js and React, which
carry their own licenses, and your own copy of the packages carries them. The
starter ships with no downloaded fonts, so there is no font license to pass on. If
you add one later, that font's license comes with it and is your job to keep.
